1. Service area and network(APJ) Manager

APJ Manager is responsible for the main performance, namely Operating Ratio, Losses, Receivables, customer satisfaction and corporate image, in addition to the performance of other units, with the main task as follows:

1. Synergize all frontline units and all functions in APJ in optimizing resources and partnerships to maximize unit performance and corporate image based on applicable laws and regulations including power of attorney and General Manager policy, including the development of integrated and on-line information systems and unit development new front line.

2. Establish effective internal and external communication and working relationships and develop and empower all potential human resources to improve corporate culture (integrity, mutuality, trust, care and learner) and Good Corporate Governance (responsibilty, accountability, fairness and transparency) along with appreciation and coaching HR.

3. Coordinate with P3B units related to PPE, other Distribution Unit and APJ adjacent.

4. Complete further arrangements (not yet regulated by the Distribution office), carry out internal monitoring and evaluation / audits.

2. Assistant Manager Distribution (operations)

1. Manage the functions of system operation, work with experts and related functions in APJ, to facilitate front-line unit in maximizing its performance, by:

· Monitor and past end of APJ central network data

· Managing and operating the network

· Evaluate and operate the network

· Supervise and overcome the implementation of TM / TR interference service in UPJ

· Monitor and coverage of UPJ Service Quality Level (TMP)

· Develop and supervise the implementation of work in accordance with SOP.

· Supervise and coordinate the implementation of network SOP system for VVIP / VIP     visits

· Implement communication with other APJs

· In carrying out the task of coordinating with the planning section.

2. Coordinate budget utilization with other Assistant Manager, experts, related functions in APJ and frontline units for performance.

3. Assistant Planning Manager

1. Managing the functions of integrated planning and information technology systems in collaboration with experts and related functions diAPJ, to facilitate the front line unit in maximizing the distribution of its performance, by:

· Plan the development of distribution network for 1 year ahead.

· Plan a network system to increase reliability of power distribution.

· Plan network maintenance costs for one year.

· Provide a justification for each planned investment activity.

· Mamantau realization of investment and maintenance implementation in APJ.

· In performing its duties in coordination with the field of Operations Distribution.

2. Managing the operation and maintenance of all systems and information technology integrated and reliable.

3. Coordinate budget utilization with other Assistant Managers, experts, advanced functions in APJ and frontline units to maximize performance.

4. Assistant Manager of Marketing and Commerce

1. Facilitate frontline units in maximizing performance through the functions of Commerce administration (Administration of Subscriptions and billing), function of service improvement and function of marketing strategy.

2. Working with the assistant Planning Manager, Assistant Operations Manager, Assistant Finance Manager, HR Assistant Manager, Expert, related functions at APJ and Front Line Unit to maximize APJ Karawang and Distribution West Java and Banten performance, especially shrinkage and delinquency.

3. Coordinate the functions of the Niaga Section and responsible to the APJ manager.

5. Assistant Finance Manager

1. Managing financial functions, in collaboration with experts and related functions at APJ, to facilitate front-line units in maximizing their performance.

2. Coordinate the provision of front-line operational liquidity, reconciliation of receipt of electricity bill payment in PLN bank account, autodebet development, development of new front line with other Assistant Manager and frontline unit concerned.
